I need to keep up with the healthy eating. The last couple of days have not been so good. Th eproblem isntreally what I eat is when I DONT eat. Yesterday I had spaghetti for lunch at work and then noodles for dinner at home and nothing else.
Today I skipped breakfast and have to wait about an hour for my lunch break still.. Today Im gonna have lasagne for lunch with a bit coleslaw. CANT WAIT!!
But NOW I am gonna have 2 apple cider vinegar pills so the cheese in the lasagne dont stick to my waist! hahaha
