1. Not to settleA lot of the times I find my self settling. I am okay with something when I really do know that I am worth more. NO MORE SETTLING! I can get whatever I want and there is nothing I cant do.
If I am going to Thaialand in a month I need to step up with my training. No slacking off! I need that dream body in a few weeks or else I am just not gonna be happy glazing on the beach
3. Be positiveEverytime I feel down I have to cheer up. There is just not time enough to be un happy. I need to think about the things I got and not the things I wish I had.
