Got on the cross trainer again yesterday and did and hour (2h completed, 5 to go this week) Then I went to the sunbed. I want to build up my tan a bit so I dont burn straight away in Phucket.
I am just talking to Desmond on going together to the gym tomorrow. Its always more fun when you get to go with someone and my flatmates arnt coming with me! haha
