BOOTCAMP DAY 1


I started off slow today because I have been travelling all night from the airport and only got 3 and a half hour sleep before I had to go to work.

1 hour cross trainer (burned almost 1000 calories)
I need to eat more though because I dont want no crash diet but I only had a salad and some hard bread today... im gonna go and have some chocolate. Just 4 squares though!
