Fitness First

Okay I had my vaccine yesterday morning and it didnt hurt at all but I went to a body pump class and my arm started hurting. I hope thats normal... Its still a bit soar bit better then yesterday though.



This is what our class room looks like. I hour body pump and 10 minutes sunbed and I feel great!
