Time to get some air into the office (Now that I have taken my shoes off hehe) I bought a new plant yesterday, as I killed the old one through feeding it Evian water instead of Tap water (some "people" just don't appreciate the great things in life). I drink about 4 litres of water every day, which is abit over the recommended amount but I love water and I think people really under estimate it as it is so wonderful!
BUT.. what is this? Breakfast? Yes... I am having breakfast, I am going to the gym? What may I be doing this for? Another photoshoot? Sun vacation? Who knows? Well.. I do Idiot!
- A bowl of fruit
- 2x Raspberry smoothie
- 2x Strawberry/Banana smoothie
- A big water bottle
- A banana and an orange
- A cup of yoghurt
- A cup of green tea
Who thinks I can finish it??
And for dessert:
- Skin, hair and nails (x2)
- Vitamin B (for energy)
- Omega 3 (I wasn't born a genius)
- Cod liver and evening prime rose (cant remember what this is for)
- Antioxidants (combined with 3 cups of pure green tea a day)
- Ultra balance hearbs (for my stomach)
I take all of this every day. I really do think it will have an impact on me. Maybe it is just placebo but I do it anyway!
