It seams like it's going to be a normal day. I walked home from Piccadilly yesterday with Renee. After an hour we decided to take the bus the rest of the way. But we still walked for an hour and I would like to get some credit for that please! Even though I had a kebab when I got back!
I am trying to start this "get points for healthy actions" thing with myself which means I get points when I've
- exercised for at least 30 minutes
- had healthy food during the day
- had breakfast
- slept for at least 7 hours
- etc etc
Yesterday I did all of that (except for the kebab) so I wanna try and keep it that way! I got my gym stuff with me today so I am going to go to the gym a bit later.
Sounds like a good idea right? It is about time I get more healthy! All this vodka on the wekeends, no sleep on the weeknights and rubbish food will eventually catch up with me and I don't wanna be here when that happens!
